Australians have never held more control in the palm of their hands. A recent mobile consumer survey from Deloitte shows Australians average 33 hours on smartphone apps compared to 4 hours on web browsers per month.
More than half the population check their smartphone within 15 minutes of waking, interacting continuously throughout the day without being prompted until disconnecting and switching off for the night. This collectively totals more than 440 million times a day.
