For many students, the constant adult in their school life isn’t necessarily a teacher or the principal, but the administration staff. From manning the sick bay and handing out ice packs, to organising canteen vouchers for the ones who have left their lunches at home and innumerable other tasks, they really do keep the school going. In many cases, they know the name of every child in the school; no mean feat! We want to acknowledge all the work school administrators do, or as the kids say these days: “We see you”.
Behind the scenes
This week, we are going behind the scenes to introduce you to our Product Support Manager, Brad. Whether you are a long time School Stream user or a relatively new one, chances are you will have spoken to Brad who heads up the fantastic support team here. School Stream is here to support schools
School Stream exists to support schools and we do this by providing a simple, seamless interface between schools, parents and families. We are proud that it’s such a straightforward tool to use but sometimes, as with all technology, you just need someone to point you in the right direction. In that case, you can contact School Stream and speak to one of the support team, headed up by Brad.
Meet Brad
“I really enjoy my job as well as finding solutions for things. If you have a problem or an issue, I will go to the ends of the earth to find the solution for you. And there is always a solution.”
Brad is a natural born problem solver and communicator. We’re very lucky to have him at School Stream. Not only does he know the app inside out (and most likely back to front) but as a people-person first and foremost, he has built strong relationships with School Administration Managers around the world. If you are a SAM who has spoken to Brad previously, you know that he will always remember your name and the last conversation you had – even if you haven’t spoken in a while. He extends that same warmth to his School Stream team as well, so you know whoever you talk to will be just as motivated to support you.
